As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submitted materials may take the form of an article, commentary, gloss, review, report and review of legislation, jurisprudence and magazines, as well as edition of sources with translation and commentary.
  
• Materials should be prepared in a printed version together with a digital one prepared in the Microsoft Word editor format.
• The author provides short biography including his name, surname, academic title or degree, affiliation and specialization.
  
• Summary attached to the article should be no longer than ¾ of the page (1200 characters) in Polish and in English with the title and keywords in Polish and in English, which should not repeat the title of the work, as well as an alphabetical list of the literature quoted
• When submitting material for publication, the author is asked to provide his correspondence address (of traditional and e-mail postal service) and telephone contact.
  
• Footnotes should be prepared in accordance with the editorial rules of "Zeszyty Prawnicze"
