Submissions

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Rules of publication in «Zeszyty Prawnicze»

The editorial office is accepting articles for 2024.

The submitted materials may take the form of an article, commentary, gloss, review, report and review of legislation, jurisprudence and magazines, as well as edition of sources with translation and commentary.

Materials should be prepared in a printed version together with a digital one prepared in the Microsoft Word editor format. The editorial office does not return the submitted materials and reserves the right to introduce changes to them.

The author provides his name, surname and affiliation.

Summary attached to the article should be no longer than ¾ of the page (1200 characters) in Polish and in English with the title and keywords in Polish and in English, which should not repeat the title of the work, as well as an alphabetical list of the literature quoted (in collective works and journals the numbers of the pages should be given in the form “from – to”).

When submitting material for publication, the author is asked to provide his correspondence address (of traditional and e-mail postal service) and telephone contact.

The author receives the material for the author's proofreading in a digital version. Failure to return the author's correction within the prescribed period means acceptance of the version of the received text.

Editors do not pay authors for published materials; only send a copy of the journal.

Authors are requested to provide a short biographical note with the following data: name and surname, title or academic degree, affiliation to a research center and specialization, as well as an e-mail address.
