Regulations of the Scientific Council of the journal "Ius Matrimoniale":

 

  1. The Scientific Council of the journal "Ius Matrimoniale" is a consultative and advisory body to the Chief Editor.
  2. Members of the Scientific Council of the journal "Ius Matrimoniale" are appointed and dismissed by the Chief Editor.
  3. The Scientific Council, in cooperation with the Editorial Team, ensures that the program character of the journal is realised.
  4. The members of the Scientific Council, in agreement with the Editorial Team, set the directions and areas of research undertaken by the authors of texts, within the scope of individual issues of the journal.
  5. The task of the Scientific Council is the substantive supervision of the publications received and their inclusion in the publishing plan.
  6. The Scientific Council decides on the content and the directions of development of the journal "Ius Matrimoniale", presents proposals for financing the journal and gives its opinion on other issues concerning the journal.
  7. The Scientific Council proposes candidates for members of the Editorial Team who should actively contribute to the development and good governance of the journal.
  8. The Scientific Council makes recommendations on the functions and responsibilities of the members of the Editorial Team;
  9. The members of the Scientific Council, co-create and approve the "Ethical Standards" of the journal "Ius Matrimoniale".
  10. The members of the Scientific Council promote the journal "Ius Matrimoniale" in the national and international scientific community.
