Responsibility of the church judiciary for marriage

Abstract

The Judiciary has the responsibility to apply the laws to specific cases and settle all disputes. The overwhelming majority of the ecclesiatical judiciary deals with a process for nullity of marriages. Marriage is in the focus, the unbreakable relationship between a man and a woman. Unfortunately, more and more marriages fall apart, and the faithful are looking for an answer to the question regarding the nullity of their marriage. The ecclesiastical judiciary and the people who compose it face a difficult task. It is the responsibility for both the marriage institution and the spouses themselves. This article identifies individuals and their responsibilities that are involved in the marriage process. The study becomes a critical look at contemporary problems in church courts. Finally, the author summarizes what is the responsibility, who was analyzed in this text.
